Kurz rovn\u011b\u017e neopom\u00edj\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00e9 a regulatorn\u00ed aspekty pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00edch vztah\u016f, problematiku agenturn\u00edho zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00edch pracovn\u00edch vztah\u016f.<br><br>Kurz vych\u00e1z\u00ed z funk\u010dn\u00edho ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pr\u00e1va a propojuje pr\u00e1vn\u00ed regulaci s jej\u00ed aplikac\u00ed v praxi. Absolvent kurzu z\u00edsk\u00e1 hlubok\u00e9 znalosti a praktick\u00e9 dovednosti, kter\u00e9 mu umo\u017en\u00ed l\u00e9pe a efektivn\u011bji \u0159e\u0161it ka\u017edodenn\u00ed HR agendu i slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed situace na pracovi\u0161ti.<br><br>V\u00fduka bude prob\u00edhat v kombinovan\u00e9 podob\u011b po dobu 3 semestr\u016f. V prvn\u00edm a druh\u00e9m semestru prob\u00edh\u00e1 v\u00fduka v celkem osmi dvoudenn\u00edch bloc\u00edch (dle p\u0159edem zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9ho v\u00fdukov\u00e9ho harmonogramu v re\u017eimu p\u00e1tek a sobota). V\u00fduka je rozd\u011blena do p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f pokr\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch celou materii kursu. Vedle blokov\u00e9 v\u00fduky se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s individu\u00e1ln\u00edmi konzultacemi.<br>Za \u00fa\u010dast v kurzech je p\u0159edeps\u00e1no z\u00edskat celkem 60 kredit\u016f (5 kredit\u016f za ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt). P\u0159edm\u011bty jsou hodnoceny na z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 studijn\u00ed povinnosti (on-line test, esej, p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie apod.).<br><br>Posledn\u00ed, t\u0159et\u00ed semestr je vyhrazen pro absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9ho semin\u00e1\u0159e pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 LL.M. pr\u00e1ce (5 kredit\u016f), jej\u00ed odevzd\u00e1n\u00ed a obhajobu. Rozsah z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 LL.M. pr\u00e1ce je stanoven na minim\u00e1ln\u011b 40 stran vlastn\u00edho textu.
