International Peace and Security Law, European Law, and Human Rights Law, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\" class=\"wp-block-list has-contrast-color has-text-color\">\n<li>applicability of traditional notions of PIL, such as the principle of sovereignty or non-intervention, to the domain of cyberspace,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>regulatory capability of the principle of non-intervention over cybernetic elections interference campaigns,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>legal and technical problems of attributing cybernetic dis\/misinformation campaigns to particular state(s),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the EU and the regulation of disinformation in the digital sphere: a viable approach or an uphill battle against tech giants?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protecting digital borders: the role of EU Law and cybersecurity in countering disinformation in political processes across the EU,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>existing disinformation regulatory and soft law strategies &amp; initiatives and its balancing with the existing human rights protection system,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the right to receive accurate information?
